Located in the town of Zug in Switzerland, we are the Global Travel Retail division of the British American Tobacco Group, the world’s second largest quoted tobacco group by global market share.
We employ more than 120 individuals across a range of key business functions and are responsible for managing and distributing British American Tobacco brands to Global Travel Retail channels, in particular duty free airport retailers. Our customer base numbers more than 300 operations in 120 countries around the world.
The offices in Zug also house the Dunhill Cigars and Pipe Tobacco business unit. This business function covers the global management of all Dunhill Cigars matters from marketing to supply chain.
